Airport Lounges Crystal

Come to spend Your time before departure to classy Crystal Lounges at Terminal 1 and 2. Both Lounges provide its top-of-the-line services in calm surroundings hidden from airport rush.

 Layout of the lounges:

• The Café Zone – for passengers who wish to have only a quick refreshment before their flight

• The Relaxation Zone – offers peace and relaxation with comfortable armchairs and a view of the airport apron for passengers who are spending a longer time waiting for their flights.
  

A self-service bar with a choice of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and quick snacks – breakfast bakery products, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable salads, cakes, biscuits, etc. available for all visitors.

You can also enjoy the comfort and absolute privacy of separate Premier Lounges, making part of both Crystal Lounges, with a panoramic view of the airfield. The price includes two hours stay and light refreshments and soft drinks.

Crystal Lounge in Terminal 1 is opened daily from 05.30 a.m. to 23.30 p.m. and is offered to passengers travelling to countries out of Schengen Area

Crystal Lounge in Terminal 2 is opened daily from 05.00 a.m. to 23.00 p.m. and is offered to passengers travelling to countries within Schengen Area

Entry fee to Crystal Lounge: 720 CZK per person

VIP Assistance

We can provide You with our special assitance during your departure and arrival. The assistance mainly consists of:

• personal assistance from your arrival to airport till aircraft boarding and vice versa

• priority check–in for Your flight

• assistance during Immigration and Customs formalities

• assistance during Security Control

• boarding gate accompaniment

• aircraft boarding assistance

The price for VIP Assistance is 45 EUR / 1 person.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, in Czech crowns, or through a bank transfer or by credit card.
A cancellation fee of 20 % of the agreed-upon price is charged for a cancellation later than 48 hours before the planned activity.
